TESTMONIALS
"Ann Marie really turned my fitness around! Having trained with a few good coaches, who helped build up my endurance and base, I was missing what was necessary to make the selection in important races. I sought a coach who understood what a female athlete can be challenged with, a coach who has extensive race experience and a coach who understands what an older athlete needs in terms of a healthy balance of training and recovery. Although I've trained with Ann Marie for only 5 months, I've never felt more pleased with my fitness both during and post season! Ann Marie's training plan made it possible for me to accrue category upgrade points which will help me upgrade early next season! This has been a significant challenge for me for several seasons. I now feel it's possible! Thank you for your support and guidance Ann Marie!"

“I have learned so much from her, from handling skills to safety, pace lines, speed work and tactics. Also how to recognize bad riders and stay away from them. When we can’t ride outside, we work out in the gym. She works on cardio as well as core training to keep me in shape . She pushes me harder than I would push myself. Even on days when I can’t go hard she will say, “ok, let’s take it easy today”, then after a warm up, I feel myself pushing harder and going all out. I can’t thank her enough on those days. She is always encouraging and loves what she does. I hope I’ll still be training with her fifteen years from now.”

"Attempting a leg of the Tour de France is "a goal to have'," said Ann Marie Miller, a Masters National Champion biker who helps train Mr. Keating and Ms. Kee. "It gives them a focus to training because, simply, you are more reluctant to blow off training if you know you have got to ride some Tour de France mountain stage the last week of July.”
