3 USA Women's Champions at 2013 UCI Cycling Tour Finals

About me

Ann Marie Miller was graduated with a BA from Ball State University, IN and has a MA in Applied Physiology from Columbia University, NY. She is a licensed USA Cycling Level 2 Coach and completed the BG Fit Technician Certification from Specialized Bicycle Components University and the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine. She has been coaching, testing and training cyclists for the past 10 years.

 

Currently running EPIC Training and Fitness, she is also Head Coach for the Performance Center at Chelsea Piers, a USA Triathlon approved regional training center and serves as a coach for the Century Road Club Association, where she currently holds the board position of Director of Rider Development. She has consulted and coached for SBR Multisports and served as coach and Director of Corporate Wellness at Cadence Cycling and Multisport in NYC.

 

Her extensive bike racing experience as  a CAT 1 includes multiple wins in road race, criterium, time trial and stage racing. She won the 2012 and 2013 UCII World Master’s Championship in TT and Road Race and is an 11 time US National Masters’ Champion in all 3 disciplines.

 

With over 25 years experience in corporate and commercial fitness, Ann Marie Miller is certified by the ACSM as HFI and has created and presented workshops for fitness professionals throughout the US, South America, Europe and Asia, as a Reebok University and Cycle Reebok Master Trainer. As instructor, Group Fitness Director and Regional Manager for Plus One Fitness, she opened the fitness center at the innovative Hearst Corporation building. She completed numerous duathlons and running events from 5K’s to marathons, including the London Marathon.

 

Aside from being the poster child for the USAC Membership drive (see left) she has been featured in major publications such as the NY Times appeared on CNN, WNBC, WCBS, and the Food Network.

 

She likes muffins, ice cream, and beating the guys uphill.
