An individual coaching plan is based on your goals, current fitness level, availability to train, exercise and sport-specific experience and other health & lifestyle considerations.
With the Standard Coaching plan, you receive a monthly calendar of workouts tailored to your needs and schedule, one hands-on session of your choice per month with the coach, weekly phone call or meeting to review training, up to 2 program adjustments per month, and unlimited email contact. No more struggling with decisions about your training program!!!
Need help with general fitness, strength training, or flexibility? Personal Training sessions may be the answer. These sessions are tailored to your goals, fitness level, exercise experience and other lifestyle factors, and can be performed in your gym, office or home. The sessions can be customized to the equipment and environment available. You’ll get individual attention, feedback and motivation to help you get the results you want. Sessions are typically 1 hour long, but can be customized for your needs.
